I’ve never fully understood this until recently.  Sometimes plans and vision aren’t enough.  Real, nose-to-the-grindstone work has to happen.  Sometimes there are actual growing pains in the process of growth.  That can be draining and tiring and disheartening.  Really disheartening.

But safety never really suited me.
