Hello, friends!
Well, my time spent in Boston was fantastic! I can’t wait to write all about meeting Annie Sloan and so many others–it was a wonderful trip!!
We normally host Easter Sunday lunch at our house, but as of today, we’re loading the babes up and headed to the beach for a weekend getaway.
I sure wasn’t going to waste the tablescape ideas I had for the dining room, so it’s not in vain after all!
I kept things simple and sweet.
And it all started with that mustard punch bowl & cups.
And polka-dotted napkins.
Throw in a DIY moss runner,
and happy stacks of vintage books–
and did I mention the polka dot napkins yet?
You’ve got a simple Spring tablescape for this perfectly imperfect home.
Stay tuned over the next few days for some details & a couple of sweet spring recipe ideas!
Beautiful Shaunna! Have a LOVELY weekend, my friend! xoxo
Thank you, Myra! You have fun, too–big weekend–enjoy it!!!

Since you won’t be there is it okay if I bring my family over so they can see how Easter Dinner should be served – surrounded by beauty!? Love all the personal touches. Happy Easter weekend. Ann

WOW, Shaunna. It’s beautiful. Enjoy your time at the beach! 🙂
I am not sure which is more beautiful.
Your table with all the gorgeous patterns and colors or
A trip to the beach with your family.
Wait. They both are amazing.
Nothing like the the sun, wind, sand and your family to know
how much God loves us and how blessed we are.
Happy Beach. Geri.
Beautiful! I wish I could decorate like this but I have a SMALL apartment and it would just look like a crowded mess lol. I really love the green and yellow together, I always try and use yellow but it gets lost in the sea of blues in my house.
SO beautiful! Have fun at the beach and can’t wait to see you when you get back!
Loved it!! and the fruit tarts look delish!
Shaunna this is just lovely!! Makes me want to come over for some brunch!
Hi Shanunna,
I am NEW to your blog and love how you have decorated and changed your house. I am in the middle of changing everything over from cranberry/blues to white and neutral. So fun to see pictures of your transformations. I also just ordered some AS chalk paint from Patty ( she talked to me on the phone and was so helpful !). Have a great beach trip !
