Yesterday afternoon, my sweet, sweet grandmother left this earth and entered the gates of Heaven. I know it was a glorious sight, and she fit in just fine. We are so sad to see her go, but are so thankful she won’t suffer anymore. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out, and what a legacy and example she left behind. I’m so thankful for the time our family was able to spend with her and together these last few days.
I praise the Lord for her Proverbs 31 qualities; she truly was clothed with strength and dignity. I love you Mom, and you will be greatly missed.
P.S. I’ll take some time to be with our family, and will be back with you guys shortly.

Hi Shaunna,I am so sorry for your loss. My mum died on Sunday so I know what you and your family are going through. I’m so lost but relieved she is not in pain and is at peace. Its just devastating. It’s good you have your faith.

i am so truly sorry for the loss you are feeling….my grandmother’s name was margaret and i gave my daughter her middle name. you will never lose her. she will always live in a very special place in your heart….i know. that is where mine are…..i wish you comfort and warmth of her memories….

I am so sorry to hear of your grandmother’s death. You have certainly had more than your share of trials lately!
As much as we know they are in a much better place, and know that they have a new and healthy body, we are never ready to lose a loved one. We grieve. I lost my mother almost 2 years ago and there is not a day that goes by that I don’t think of her, miss her. My comfort is in knowing that one day we will be reunited again. I imagine entering heaven and feeling my mom’s arms around me again. May your memories and the knowledge you WILL be together again bring your family comfort.

I lost my precious grandmother in April…I still miss her everyday. Praying God’s comfort and peace for you.
My Grandmother passed away yesterday morning. She was 96 and lived in Austria, far from us but with other family members. Her mother (my Great GM) also died in her nineties. I pay homage to both of my maternal Grands by living and raising my own children in a natural environment full of love and kindness.
