We made it in at 11 p.m. on Friday from our trip to Maryland and Pennsylvania.

We (and I mainly mean me) are pooped.

It was so much fun to hang out with Lisa & Marian this week, and I count myself very blessed to have such strong, talented, funny, encouraging friends in my life.  Marian says I ate all of her bananas.  I’m not sure about that, but I most definitely drank all the coffee.  And may have been a part of some bathroom flooding.

It was a treat to be featured in some magazines this month!  We got a call from the folks at Country Living a while back and they asked if they could feature our shop in the shop guide section, and it went live in the March issue.  This was sooo thrilling to me, because while the shop and blog are so closely related, they are separate works.  Pretty amazing for the shop to get its first feature.  It reminded me of that Cottages & Bungalows shoot several years ago–that never feels old or gets very “normal.”

And thanks to a reader I found that my office was featured in the February edition of Romantic Homes–pretty funny to flip a page and see my desk there when I wasn’t planning on it.

We’ve got the rest of the makeovers from Lisa’s house coming up this week, and I have so much to catch up on and work on here at the house.  Here’s to a “normal” week.
