Well, I miss you, friends!!!
It’s been quite busy here in Atlanta, and I haven’t had any time to stop in to your blogs and write to you on the happenings here. If you follow me on Twitter, you’ve gotten a glimpse into some of the busy-ness.
But know that I’m savoring every comment…that’s keeping me in touch with y’all this week, and I’m loving it! If you’ve emailed, please know I’ll get back with you, but my mac-time is limited, so it may take until next week when I’m in my pj’s blogging from the couch.
🙂
Since we did so much filming for the Nate Show before we left, I thought I would show you a few pictures that I snapped on those days.
Maybe you’ll notice some changes in a few of these…
And this last one…well, it involves a fall mantel.
I’m interested to see if any of you put on your spy glasses…what do you see that’s different??
I’m hoping to check in tomorrow to show some of what’s happening here, but know this furniture painting gal got to rock a massive sprayer today on some wainscoting, and it blew my mind.
It’s got me dreaming airless sprayers…
Missing you….what have you guys been up to this week? Spill it in the comments so I can check it all out when I grab time at the laptop!
Hope you’re painting the town whatever color you deem gorgeous.
🙂
You finished the blue armoire! It looks beautiful in your writing room! Glad you’re having fun!
Looks so beautiful! Congrats on your spot on Nate! Sooooo exciting!
I just LOVE this space- my favorite room of all time!! I think you should rent it out for tired mommas like myself to vacation in! Love your blog so much-I recently did a little pantry organization per your inspiration!
I just absolutely love your table desk caddy cornored and sitting all pretty. I really want a pretty desk!! You must be having a blast.
Oh my Gosh! I discovered Nate only a couple months ago and I can’t start my morning without him! I am so excited for you I can hardly stand it and I can’t wait to watch it!!!!!

Wow! I immediately thought, “I don’t remember that blue piece in the back!” I’m hoping to pick up a desk tomorrow exactly like the one in your room – then just deciding how to spruce it up! Sounds like everything’s fun for the most part. Also, I’m quite intrigued by your last picture. Hmmmm…???
Shaunna this room is STUNNING! I love it! Martina
Shaunna ~ It looks gorgeous!!! When is the Nate show that you are going to be on ? I think I am a little behind 🙂
so excited for the suwanee project – the house belongs to my mom’s bestie’s daughter. if you get to meet the mom of the female homeowner – her name is Pam – you are in for a t.r.e.a.t. she’s crazy, funny and sweet all wrapped up into one! 🙂

Yay! Have an awesome time with the paint sprayer. I primed the basement last night and had a ball with it.
I finished painting and reupholstering a chair this week, finished a book page wreath, and sewed some curtains for the kitchen (I had to be in finishing mode. I think the husband was getting antsy). Now, I get to write a paper for grad school…
Oh, and I think the rug in your writing room is new, isn’t it? And the table wasn’t there before, was it?
I hope you’re having a FAB time in Atlanta. I suspect that new couple is very thankful that y’all are going to do some awesomeness to their house.
I love that room 🙂 I would DIE to have an office space like this. So pretty! Pretty sure my husband wouldn’t go for it though, we currently have a combined office space, we’d need to each have our own for me to get something this pretty. Anyway, this week I’m on a hunt for some bedside tables to fix up for our bedroom. We need some pretty badly, as I’m currently using a tv tray for mine haha! Speaking of, I’ll probably be pretty-ing up those tv trays as well 🙂 That’s what’s to come!
I am looking forward to seeing you on Nate. Congratulations. The room is one of my favorites. I “spy” different color pillows and throw on your daybed and I believe the rug is new. Both look great. Have fun in Georgia.
I can’t wait to see you on the show! It’s been a nutty week here…churning out paper orders and websites all sorts of graphic design fun 🙂
I’m so happy for you!!! Really. You’re such a genuine sweetheart. I’m working on our dining table and chairs this week. SO much work! But I’m happy to report I’ve referred to your ebook and both Dean and I are THRILLED with the finish I’m getting so far. Yay! So thank you for being you; all God created you to be.
xo,
Shannon
Ok…spill it, girlie! When are you going to be on Nate’s show??? We all want to be tuned in that day for sure! Congrats!! How exciting for you! But with your talent….it’s no surprise. lol!

SO exciting! I can’t even imagine, girl! I fall asleep counting airless sprayers, power drills, dremel tools…Ahhh. Someday, right?
I have been waiting and waiting – are you ever going to share your 3rd part of your life story? Did I somehow miss it?
Shaunna, I have often thought you should be featured on Nate, and have been so excited to watch you. But low and behold the powers that be have decided to drop Nate on our local channel-Baaaah!!! Please keep sharing about your Nate experience on your blog for those of us who can not watch!! 🙁
I know you’re having fun! Can’t wait to see you on Nate and hear all about this week. The changes look great!
