I had a good day.
Do you ever feel that way…just good. And know you feel good?
I had one of those days. I’m walking around my house all happy and smiling and humming, even tidying up a bit–which is unusally strange this late in the day.
There were many reasons for my happy day, first and foremost it being a blessed day and a gift. Secondly, my three people, Matt and the kiddos, shared the beautiful day with me.
But there were three more reasons I’m really happy….
Can you tell what they are??
Not the crazy mess or the piles of wood.

Three pieces with a restoration coming!
Mom and I were had just browsed a couple of thrift stores and passed by a tiny yard sale. Out of the corner of my eye, a cabriole leg flashed and I heard myself saying, “STOP! Turn around now.” (like it was going anywhere)
Sure enough, there were two end tables for sale…but the sticker said 3 pcs.
That’s what we got!
One antique coffee table
and two magazine (end) tables to match.
Aren’t they beautiful??

The weather began to cooperate somewhat and I am almost finished with the other coffee table.

There is nothing in my house I love more than these pieces. This girl has got the eye….I can't wait to work with her again.
