Might be with my first cup of coffee every morning.  I’ve got to get more disciplined at getting the coffee maker cleaned during the day (instead of the last thing I do at night), so it will be dry and ready to be programmed…so that my precious coffee will be ready for me when my sandpaper-like eyes open up each day.  Yummy.

I realize this goes against everything that is proper now…we’re supposed to have discipline in every aspect of our dietary lives, and every other part for that matter.  So, for the most part, I am.  One day I’ll give up sugar because that’s bad for your waistline and the next day I’ll give up artificial sweetners because that’s bad for your body in general.  I’ve given up fried food because it’s bad for my cholesterol and sweets because it’s bad for my sugar levels (This is, of course, excluding the last 3 days of utter gluttony).  So, I have not and will NOT give up my 2-3 cups of coffee every morning.  With a toddler who loves the 5 am hour as much as Mickey Mouse and an infant who takes after her big brother, something is required to get me going every morning.  That’s it.  Case closed.  Here’s to my second cup…
